Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our 30-day return window. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products with a $0 restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

We provide free shipping for all orders. We ship exclusively to the United States using DHL and FedEx as our carrier services. All shipments include a tracking number. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders require a processing time of 1 to 2 business days, followed by a transit shipping time of 3 to 5 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days. While we strive to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or events outside our control once the product is transferred to the carrier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
