We keep our shipping rates simple and fair for all domestic orders:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, and our target country is exclusively the United States. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to maintain accurate tracking and secure delivery.
2. Delivery Time Estimates
The time it takes to receive your order includes both processing time and shipping time. These estimates apply to our working business days, which are Monday to Friday.

5. Correcting Your Address
Note: We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been handed over to the carrier and is in transit. Please double-check your address during checkout. We offer a 24-hour cancellation and modification window. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@balenora.shop within 24 hours. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
6. Shipping Damage
We inspect every bag before it leaves our facility. If your order arrives damaged due to handling during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue with the carrier for you.
