Yes, we offer a cancellation window of 24 hours. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the processing stage has begun and the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Yes, our shipping charges cost is Free Shipping for all orders.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Q6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST). Our estimated delivery timeline consists of two stages:

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4 to 7 business days.

Q7. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we provide a tracking number for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. We partner with reliable carrier services, specifically DHL and FedEx.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a return window of 30 days from the date of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We also accept exchanges. To be eligible, non-defective items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Q9. Who pays for return shipping?

The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Customers must cover the shipping fees to send the item back to our facility.

Q10. Do you charge any restocking fees?

No, we charge a $0 restocking fee on all processed returns.

Q11. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a refund process time of 7 business days.
